How much does delivery cost?
We have a standard flat rate shipping cost of $15.00 Australia wide except for Northern Territory. For shipping to NT, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders received by 2pm AEST usually ship by the end of the next working day at the latest.
Note: these processing times do not include weekends or public holidays
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
We let you know by email when your order is shipped. This email includes a tracking number and instructions on how to track your delivery.
How will you deliver my order?
We use Australia Post and selected couriers to dispatch orders.
For delivery of your order, we recommend you use a business address or other address that is attended during business hours. You may enter any special delivery instructions at the time of your order.
